Welcome to LACLab. By accessing or using our website, tools, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Tools & Cloud Engine

The tools and resources provided on LAClab, including but not limited to the Triggerbox Builder, Lab Host uploader, and Cloud Conversion Engine, are provided "as is" to assist players and creators in the LA Crimes community.

  • Fair Usage: You agree to use the Cloud Engine (OCI) only for game-related media optimization. Excessive or automated requests that strain our resources are prohibited.
  • Worker Links: The "Worker Links" (lab-proxy.laclab.workers.dev) generated by the Lab Host are for game-engine compatibility and secure file forwarding. These links represent a transit layer and do not imply any ownership of the processed content by LAClab.
  • Link Expiration: Users can specify link expiration durations during the upload process. Once a link expires, it is automatically invalidated and its associated metadata is purged from our systems. You are responsible for ensuring your links are active for as long as they are needed in your projects.
  • Content Policy: You agree NOT to use our Worker or Lab Host to process or upload illicit, copyrighted, or malicious content. Doing so violates our terms and those of our upstream providers and will result in file deletion and IP blacklisting.
  • Modification: We reserve the right to modify, rate-limit, or discontinue any tool or server-side feature without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

The LACLab website design, custom code, logos, and specific documentation structure are property of LACLab. The tool outputs (Triggerbox codes) generated by users belong to the respective users to use freely within the game. Game-specific terms, images, and mechanics belong to the developers of Los Angeles Crimes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

LACLab tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the tools at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate at the top of this page the date the terms were last updated.
